Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar

My stay at the hotel was quite memorable due to the breathtaking views of the waterfalls and tea plantations from the room, although I noticed the furnishings could use some updating. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and eager to please. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, especially breakfast, but the beautiful surroundings and excellent service made up for it. Overall, the experience was quite good, but there are areas for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying clean and comfortable rooms that offered stunning views of the nearby waterfall and tea plantations. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. However, the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, which could be a challenge, especially during the monsoon. The dining options could use some improvement, but overall, it provided good value for what I paid.

The staff was enthusiastic and even went the extra mile to organize a special birthday surprise for my husband. Despite these minor hiccups, the experience was worth it.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel; my room was upgraded to the Presidential suite, which made my birthday truly special. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch. However, the view from the suite left a lot to be desired. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with a particularly warm vibe from the restaurant staff. On the downside, the restaurant's breakfast hours and payment policies could use improvement.
